Alderman Rowe Nicholas Lesmond (born 7 July 1978) in St Lucia. He is a West Indian cricketer.
Lesmond played for the Leeward Islands in the 2005/06 KFC Cup, and later in the same season in the Carib Beer Cup and the Stanford Twenty20 competition.
He is also a member of the United States Virgin Islands national soccer team and scored a goal in their 2014 World Cup Qualification win vs. British Virgin Islands in July 2011. It was USVI's first win in 13 years.
